At Vice Golf, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your high-performance gear. If your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unused items, including all original tags and sleeves, securely into the shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund or exchange will be processed once the items pass inspection.
